Queen City Medical Transport offers the following services:

Non-emergency ambulette transportation (for consumers requiring the use of wheelchairs)

Door-to-door assistance for all customers (upon request)

Transportation for the elderly, disabled, and people with limited mobility

Ambulette vans are equipped with wheelchair lifts for easy access

We service the Greater Cincinnati area and surrounding counties (Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont)

Appointments to most area hospitals: UC Hospital, Christ Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Children’s Hospital, VA Hospital, Holmes Hospital, Bethesda Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital

Medical facilities, including, but not limited to:

All dialysis centers such as Davita, DCI, Fresenius, and others

Hoxworth
-
Medical Arts Building
-
Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI)

Our ambulette vans are equipped with the following features:

Scheduling Transportation Services:

Consumers may schedule service as early as one month in advance, but no later than 24 hours prior to their requested date.

For urgent appointments, we will do our best to accommodate within our daily schedule.

Cancellation of an appointment must be requested within 24 hours and no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of pick up.

In cases of inclement weather, our priority is safety first. Meeting the needs for our clients with emergency and life-threatening cases will be our main concern. Other appointments may have to be rescheduled and proper notification will be given to our client in the event of cancellation.
