To start your services with Queen City Medical Transport, we ask that you fill out our medicaid request form below. This form will provide us with the information needed to begin serving you. We will contact you to confirm your information upon receipt. If you will be using private-pay, please contact our office.
ABOUT US
Queen City Medical Transport LLP is a Non Emergency Medical Transportation provider.
Our primary goal is to provide exemplary customer service, while focusing on patient care and safety. As part of our transportation services, our drivers help clients safely transfer from the pickup point, and safely transfer between vehicle, and destination points. We specialize in quality door-to-door wheelchair and ambulatory transportation for the elderly, disabled, and people with limited mobility. Non medical transportation service includes, but is not limited to social gatherings, weddings, business appointments, and grocery shopping.
We currently serve the entire Greater Cincinnati area, including all surrounding counties (Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont).
